The Environmental Control Officer, Dr. Daan Botha and Estate Manager, Cobus Barnard have recently embarked on a tree and shrub identification mission in the estate. The project included general areas and walking trails like The Heritage Trail.
As we know, Breakwater Bay owners love nature, that is why we all bought properties here. I took some lovely pics of this family of bush buck roaming the estate. These two Rooikat kittens were lying quietly waiting for their mom to return from a hunt. They are magnificent!
What makes Breakwater Bay Eco Estate attractive?
The large properties means that the densities are only one home per hectare, your own farm at the sea! The location to George, the airport and the proximity to major tourist attractions. We have our own beach, we have a 5 star hotel next door yet we feel as though we are well secured.
