The Neighbours

As we know, Breakwater Bay owners love nature, that is why we all bought properties here. I took some lovely pics of this family of bush buck roaming the estate. These two Rooikat kittens were lying quietly waiting for their mom to return from a hunt. They are magnificent!

What makes Breakwater Bay Eco Estate attractive?

The large properties means that the densities are only one home per hectare, your own farm at the sea! The location to George, the airport and the proximity to major tourist attractions. We have our own beach, we have a 5 star hotel next door yet we feel as though we are well secured.

Homes completed November 2016

Twenty six homes have been / or are under construction (bold) on property numbers 88, 96, 104, 105, 110, 112, 119, 124 and 125. All homes are beautifully finished and one can see the quality that is becoming a hallmark of The Brink. In Breakwater Bay, plots 3, 4, 6, 16, 23, 24, 27, 29, 31, 35, 40, 45, 48, 52, 53, 54 & 65, 77 have all completed construction or are under construction (bold).
